If replication failed from SDE because of the above error. In the M_N/Table based relationship fields having Null foreign key's or invalid foreign key's exist.First check the Composite M_N/Table based relationships for invalid foreign-keys.  Delete invalid /null foreign key's. Try for replica it should works
