ARC2EARTH Installation Problem in ArcGIS 10

If you unable to add the Arc2Earth tool bar in ArcGIS 10. Registration problem for the tool. So that need to register the tool.
Go to Run command and enter like below
1st Step
For 64-Bit
cd C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\ArcGIS\bin
2nd step
ESRIRegAsm /p:Desktop "C:\Program Files (x86)\Arc2Earth LLC\Arc2Earth\KMLExporter.dll"

For 32 -Bit

cd C:\Program Files\Common Files\ArcGIS\bin
2nd step
ESRIRegAsm /p:Desktop "C:\Program Files\Arc2Earth LLC\Arc2Earth\KMLExporter.dll"



Now Registration Succeeded prompt will come. Close all existing ArcGIS browser. Then Open the new browser. add the the arc2earth tool bar. It should come.
